Youth/Student Membership

16-21 years old and/or students with a valid identity issued by a university/institution affiliated to Munich Student Union
Family Membership
€ 40 / YEAR

Individual Memberships
€ 20 / YEAR
Individuals above 21 years, who do not fall into student category can avail membership under this category.

Membership Rights
Rights to elect the Office Bearers for the board during the election (s).
Be part of the Executive Committee of the Odia Samaj Munich e.V.
Eligibility to contest Odia Samaj Munich e.V. related elections (18 and above).
Allowed to submit suitable & compliant proposals for events and activities at Odia Samaj Munich e.V.

Membership Terms & Conditions
– Membership fees are 20€ per person,40€ per family including two kids upto 15 years,15€ for youth(16-21 years) per year, payable immediately on approval for the current calendar year and within end of of February of every subsequent year.
– The fees are subject to change if approved in a General body meeting and in such case become effective from the subsequent new calendar year
– Interested individual first register as a new member and make the payment to the bank account directly.
– Applicants are required to mention name of an Odia Samaj e.V member as reference while applying in the registration form
– Online submitted copy of the form is received by the Approvals team, who are reachable via email info@odiasamajmunich.com
– Provided all necessary details are completed in the membership form, either the Secretary or a Vostand member contacts the individual.
